Shipping:

Each bag is made to order, so please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be made before shipment. If you would like your order sooner, please drop us an email and we'll do all we can to make this happen: emma@isladegar.com

UK:
Royal Mail Tracked: 2-3 working days
DHL Express: Next working day

Worldwide:
For most countries you will receive two shipping options at the checkout:
Express Tracked: 2-5 working days
Standard Tracked: 2-3 weeks

Orders from outside of UK:
Please note that any orders outside of the UK will be subject to customs charges, liable to be paid by the customer. All necessary customs forms will be sent to the email address provided during your order from the customs of the delivery country, not from Isla de Gar. We know some of these email end up in your junk inbox so be sure to check there too!
